Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the delivery terms for digital creative deliverables (e.g., logo files, website designs) and physical design materials (e.g., printed brand guidelines, custom merchandise) provided by Amoniele LLC. We prioritize secure, timely delivery to ensure you receive your assets in perfect condition.

1. Digital Deliverables

  • Format & Access: Digital assets are delivered in industry-standard formats (e.g., PNG, SVG, PDF, Figma links, CMS access credentials) as specified in your contract.
  • Delivery Method: Files are sent via a secure, password-protected cloud link (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) to your registered email address. Links remain active for 30 days—we recommend downloading and backing up files promptly.
  • Delivery Timeline: Digital deliverables are sent within 1–2 business days of final payment and approval. Rush delivery (same-day/next-day) is available for a 15% fee—request this during contract negotiation.

2. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)

  • Eligibility: Physical items (e.g., printed brand guideline books, custom design merchandise) are delivered only if explicitly included in your project scope.
  • Shipping Method: We use trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for domestic and international shipping. Standard shipping is free for orders over $500; a $15 flat fee applies to smaller orders.
  • Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days; international shipping takes 7–14 business days (excludes customs delays).
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your package ships. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website.

3. Delivery Confirmation

  • Digital deliverables are considered “delivered” when the cloud link is sent to your email. We require a confirmation of receipt within 3 business days.
  • Physical deliverables are considered “delivered” when signed for by you or an authorized representative at the delivery address.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Digital Files: If you cannot access or download digital assets, contact us within 5 business days. We will reissue the link or troubleshoot technical issues at no extra cost.
  • Lost or Damaged Physical Items: Report damaged, missing, or lost packages within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Provide photos of the packaging (if damaged) and tracking details. We will replace the item or issue a partial refund, depending on the situation.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address: We are not liable for misdelivered items due to incorrect address information provided by you. A re-shipping fee applies for items returned to us.

5. International Delivery

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the client. We do not cover these costs.
  • We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before ordering physical items to avoid delays.
