Terms & Conditions

By accessing amoniele.live, purchasing services, or entering into a project contract with Amoniele LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Project & Contract Terms

  • Scope of Work: All services are defined in a formal project contract, including deliverables, timelines, and revision rounds. Changes to scope require a written addendum and may result in additional fees.
  • Approval Process: Client feedback and approvals are required at key milestones (e.g., concept presentation, draft delivery). Delays in feedback (exceeding 5 business days) may extend the project timeline.
  • Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Unused concepts, proprietary design processes, and templates remain the property of Amoniele LLC.

2. Billing Terms (Critical: One-Time Sales Only)

  • Transaction Type: All purchases (project fees, add-on services, physical design materials) are one-time transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees—you only pay for the services explicitly outlined in your contract.
  • Billing Description: Charges will appear on your payment statement as: amoniele.live - Brand Creative Services
  • Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work; the remaining 50% is due upon final deliverable submission (before files or physical items are released). Late payments incur a 3% monthly fee.
