Refund & Return Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all creative services, digital deliverables, and physical design materials (e.g., printed brand guidelines) purchased through amoniele.live. Our refund window is 15 days from the date of final deliverable submission—aligned with our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Due to the custom, intellectual property-focused nature of our work, physical returns are only accepted for tangible items (e.g., printed materials) with manufacturing defects. Digital deliverables (e.g., logo files, website designs) are eligible for refunds only if they fail to meet agreed-upon project scope or contain technical errors.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet one or more of the following criteria (supporting documentation required):

  • The delivered work does not align with the written project scope (outlined in your contract) and cannot be resolved through revisions.
  • Digital deliverables have technical defects (e.g., non-functional website code, corrupted design files) that our team cannot fix within 3 business days.
  • You cancel a project before any creative work commences (full refund minus a 5% administrative fee for contract processing).

You must provide:

  • A copy of your project contract or invoice.
  • Clear evidence of the issue (e.g., scope deviation documentation, screenshots of technical errors, unopened defective physical items).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I changed my mind about the design style” after approving concepts).
  • Projects where creative work has already started (partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for unused services).
  • Customized deliverables (e.g., unique brand identities, tailored strategies) that are non-transferable to other businesses.
  • Revisions exceeding the agreed-upon number (additional revisions are available as paid add-ons).
  • Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late feedback, missed approvals, or last-minute scope changes).
  • Physical items that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email creativity@amoniele.live within 15 days of final delivery. Include your project ID, full name, company name, and supporting evidence of the issue.
  2. Review & Notification: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  3. Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For physical returns, refunds are processed after we verify the defective item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or payment provider (processing times vary by institution).
  • Contact your credit card company—refunds may take 2–3 billing cycles to post.
  • Follow up with us at creativity@amoniele.live if delays persist beyond 10 business days.
